Order Process

Step #1: Please go to the order page of the model you want to purchase, choose the options you like and add the item to the cart.

Step #2: Go to the cart page, double check all the options and put down the shipping information.

Step #3: Make the payment.

Confirmation: After the payment goes through, we'll send you an order sheet, which includes all the details regarding your order, to you via the email address you offer while making the payment. Some factory photos and videos will be emailed to you after the doll is finished.

Shipping & Customs: We'll send you the tracking information after you give us the green light to ship out the package, we'll usually use UPS for shipping. All the customs duties will be paid upfront on our end, you won't have to pay for it, you only need to wait for the package to arrive. The total price listed on the order page is all you have to pay.
